Stacey Dress Sewing Pattern (PDF)

The Stacey Jersey Dress is all about versatility along with loads of style.

The front of the Stacey incorporates a fabulous tie drape extension that elevates the dress from great to WOW.

Suitable for any season the Stacey Jersey Dress offers a tunic length along with 4 other dress length choices.

Cut the Stacey with its gorgeous V-Neck for those in warmer climes or the slightly higher Round Neck – or choose the Turtleneck version of the Stacey for some winter warmth.

The Stacey Jersey Dress also offers various sleeve options – sleeveless, 3/4 or full length sleeve.

The Stacey offers a choice of styling options:

• 5 lengths – 35 cms (14″), 45 cms (17 3/4″), 50 cms (19 3/4″), 55 cms (21 3/4″), 60 cms (23 3/4″)
• ” V” , Round and Turtle Neckline.
• Sleeveless, 3/4 and full length sleeves. 

The construction of the Stacey Jersey Dress is recommended for Very Advanced Experienced Beginners and Above sewing level due to:

• Working with jersey type fabrics.
• Neck Bind.
• Opportunity to fine tune the fit. A good understanding of fit is essential to ensure your Stacey looks fabulous.

FABRIC REQUIREMENTS.

Please use the following only as a suggestion. Depending on your skill level you should choose the appropriate weight fabric.

Jersey knit fabrics – approx weight of 200 – 240 gsm – with some degree of drape are BEST with at least 25% stretch across the fabric.

• Medium Weight Soft Handle Knits
