Yvette Top and Dress Sewing Pattern (PDF)

The Yvette Dress or Top features a fabulous cut-out-neck-detail – also known as a Tear Drop – that makes it so easy to dress up or down.

Cut in a soft and flowing jersey the Yvette offers an A-line Dress or a Top.

The Yvette Dress is a fit and flare shape with a round neckline, choice of 5 sleeve lengths along with a self fabric tie belt.

The Yvette Dress also offers 3 skirt lengths – from a midi to above the knee

The Yvette Top is a skim fit over the body with a round neckline and choice of sleeve lengths.

The look of the Yvette will easily transition from day to night in no time.

The Yvette Top and Dress offer a style choice of :

• 3 Skirt length
• 5 Sleeve lengths – Sleeveless, Cap Sleeve Length, Elbow Length, 3/4 Length and Full Length
• Top and/or Dress Length
• Self tie Fabric Belt

The Yvette Top and Dress is recommended for Very Advanced and Experienced Beginners and Above sewing level due to:

• Working with soft and drapey fabrics
• Bind for Keyholes and Neck Edge

FABRIC REQUIREMENTS.

Jersey knit fabrics  – approx weight of 175 gsm – with some degree of drape are BEST with at least 50% stretch across and 25% stretch going down the fabric.

• Rayon and Rayon types
• Bamboo and Bamboo types
• Cotton and Cotton types
• Wool and Wool types

Composition – Main 95% with 5% Spandex.
